Delivery conditions
The shipping cost depends on the amount of your purchase and the destination country. Here are our price lists:
- Delivery in France for an order of less than €100: €5.99
- Delivery in France for an order over 100€: FREE
- Delivery in the European Union for an order of less than €150: €8.99
- Delivery in the European Union for an order over 150€: FREE
- Delivery outside the EU for an order of less than €200: €14.99
- Delivery outside EU for an order over €200: FREE
The delivery time of orders may vary depending on the country, the geopolitical situation and multiple factors beyond our control.
- Shipments to France take approximately 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
- Shipments to EU usually take 3-8 business days to arrive.
- Shipments outside the EU may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
If you have ordered for 10 days or more and your package has still not arrived, you can contact us at info@maissaparfums.com
We currently ship from France via our local partner Colissimo , which is in contact with international postal partners. We do not yet offer delivery to a relay point or express delivery.
You can track your package using the tracking number that you will find in the shipping confirmation email or in your customer account.

If you have lost your tracking number, please contact us by mentioning your order number or your first name, last name and postal address by email to: info@maissaparfums.com
Modification or cancellation of an order
You can inform us of any changes you wish to make to your order as long as it has not been shipped. If the change results in a change in the total amount of the order, we reserve the right to refuse the change and/or cancel the order.
To modify your order, please contact us at: info@maissaparfums.com, mentioning as the subject of the email: MODIFICATION ORDER N°[insert your order number].
No changes can be made after the package has been shipped.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us at: info@maissaparfums.com, mentioning as the subject of the email: CANCELLATION OF ORDER N°[insert your order number].
Once the order has been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
In the case of free delivery, if the shipping slip has already been issued by our service, we will retain the amount of the delivery from the refund.
Return conditions
Maison Maïssa sincerely apologizes if you have had a problem with the conformity of your order. You can notify us of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. Here is the protocol to follow to obtain a return or a refund:
STEP 1
Contact us at our email address info@maissaparfums.com with the subject line DEFAULT ORDER NO. [insert order number]. In the email, please specify the reason for the return request with a supporting photo or video.
Please also specify if you would like a refund, or receive a new product.
Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
STEP 2
You will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible. Following the study of your request, if we consider that your request requires a return of the defective or incorrect merchandise, you will receive a prepaid return label. If you wish to return your product in another way, Maison Maïssa does not offer compensation for return costs.
If we determine that the issue does not require a return of the incorrect or defective merchandise, please proceed directly to step 4.
STEP 3
Place your returned item in a well-protected box to avoid damage during shipping. Be sure to obtain proof of postage or delivery, as items lost in transit will not be refunded or exchanged. Customers returning fragrances should also carefully follow all packaging and labeling guidelines provided by their local postal service or other chosen carrier. Once we have processed your return, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
STEP 4
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Maison Maïssa as soon as possible by the original payment method, or in the case of a product exchange request, we will ship your new order.
You can return any item you wish to return within 30 days of receiving your order and provided that it has not been opened. It must be in its original packaging, clean and in blister pack. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
If there is any doubt as to whether the product returned to us is new and unused, we reserve the right to refuse a full or partial refund of the order.

Contact us at our email address info@maissaparfums.com with the subject line RETURN ORDER NO. [insert your order number]. Please indicate the reason for the return request in the email.
Any promotional gift received with your purchase must also be returned (in the case of a buy 1 get 1 free offer, both products must be returned for example).
STEP 2
You will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible to arrange the collection of your order. Following the study of your request, you will receive a prepaid return label.
STEP 3
Place your returned item in a well-protected box to avoid damage during shipping. Be sure to obtain proof of postage or delivery, as items lost in transit will not be refunded or exchanged. Customers returning fragrances should also carefully follow all packaging and labeling guidelines provided by their local postal service or other carrier of choice.
STEP 4
Once we have processed your return, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Your payment for the goods will be refunded excluding shipping and returns costs as soon as possible by the original payment method.
If the product you returned to us was initially delivered free of charge, we reserve the right to withhold the amount of delivery costs from the amount to be refunded.
For purchases made online or in store, we only accept exchanges in store , if the returned product is new, in blister pack and unused. The exchange may be made for a product of equivalent or greater value than the returned item.
If there is any doubt as to whether the product returned to us is new and unused, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
